Each fall, in coordination with MSV's Annual Meeting, the MSV Foundation hosts a Gala to raise funds to support its programs and initiatives. The 2007 Physicians' Gala raised nearly $120,000 to support the Foundation's efforts to better equip the physician community to improve the health of Virginians.
This year's Gala, scheduled for Saturday, October 11, 2008 at the Williamsburg Lodge, promises to be the best yet. Featuring a top-notch menu of Latin fusion cuisine, a chance to bid on a variety of luxury items at live and silent auctions, and the salsa sounds of the popular band Bio Ritmo, the 2008 event is an evening you certainly do not want to miss. The evening also provides an opportunity to honor the 2008 Salute to Service award winners for their exceptional commitment to patient care.
